Olympic lifts are coming along really well and I am
guessing that by the end of October I will already be able to do a BW C+J so I
hopefully can tick one part of the bet off early :)
Before I started this log my best RP's was
150KG 1x1 so adding 10KG's +4Reps sure feels good, will do a longer update
tomorrow but I am slowly putting together a routine to bring my bench up while
continuing my Oly+DL training.
