Incredibly busy this week as I have no money after my birthday + I have my trainer exams this weekend so am gonna have absolutely no free time to myself this week :(
Workout was very good despite horrible past 3 days of nutrition, although I am sure had I not been dehydrated etc I could have got more than 5 reps but meh I will take it as just about everything this workout was a PR.
Gonna do Back tomorrow and then Chest on Tuesday as can only be in the gym for 30mins or so until Thursday.
