Solid deload session, still feeling a bit raw and beat up but def getting better. First time doing cleans and learnt very quickly why you have to get your elbows the whole way through for the lift lol, gonna have 1x lesson per week on Olympic Lifting + form checks as I think it would really help to improve all of my techniques across the board.
