Either the creatine I bought is actually a PED or my deadlifts are really coming along, tons of energy and really tried to step the intensity up a level in the gym.
Today will be the last day I weigh myself for a while as just cannot be bothered right now + when I eat 4kish Kcals my gym performance is epic and I just need to ignore the scale for now.
BTW anyone else catch the Harlequins VS Wasps game today? Possibly the most insane match I have ever seen in my life. One stage Wasps were +27 points and Quins managed to come back and win by 1pt.....
So happy I will be going to see a load of their games this year!!!!
