Workout was kinda meh as got back really late from work and couldn't go in at my favourite time due to Quins training. Bench was disappointing as I was hoping for 6-7 reps but I should not be surprised as my pressing has always been hit and miss. However, my vertical pulling felt spot on.
Crazy DOMS in my lower back and hams today really looking forward to a day off tomorrow.
In other news I have picked up some Creatine, after writing it off as a supplement companies are trying to sell me I have done some more research and it seems there is a substantial amount of scientific evidence that Creating Mono does in fact work.
