Basically there are 4 different pull/chin hand grip variations on the power racks and I try to do 1-2 vertical pulling motions using all of the different handles/grips without touching the floor
Tri Pressdowns / Seated DB Curls

30KG 3x11 for TP
14KG DB's 2x14 for SDBC
I decided to skip the Squat portion of Sheiko today as although my back feels much better I want to give it a little bit longer to heal and so will wait until W2D1 to start again.
Tomorrow I will do a sort of GPP / Leg pump session just to get some blod flowing around the area
