Decided to give DL's a go as my lower back felt up to it and so far my back has felt fine, even when lifting heavy stuff moving house. Had my last night in Oxford as a recent graduate so wanted to catch up with people and blow off some steam which we certainly did.....

OFF DAY 11/8/12 - Today was spent trying to recover from last night and getting ready for Day 3 tomorrow, this may be jinxing everything but I am not finding the new squatting volume as crippling as I thought I would, but lest give it a few more weeks and see ;)
Will update more tomorrow when I have time, and I have started some of this coursework for my trainer course. SIGH
