very happy hitting some pr's in this workout as got very little sleep last night and felt tired throughout as I had to get in at 6am. bench felt awesome and was possibly easier than the 77.5kg last week. squats were rough due to lack of sleep but i got there in the end :)
i am currently trying to sort out my pt work + plan next years travelling which is getting me very excited as who doesn't get excited about deadlifting in another country lol. currently looking at africa & south america with some fun + charity work thrown in for good measure
friday is deadlift day and wil be aiming for 140kg 1x5 which would be a pr so may bump up carbs for tomorrow
