Weight – 169.2lbs

Gonna do some Cardio + Abs tomorrow morning as I will be having a very large lunch and I have been very sedentary these last few days, partly due to this PT course. I have been filling in all the Health and Safety sheets etc before I go up there. Lets just say this stuff is not riveting and whoever came up with H&S / red tape really does deserve something very unpleasant to happen to them......
