Abductor is still not 100% so decided to take it a bit easy, I realised I haven't done Deads without a belt in 1+months or so so thought why not. 140KG felt v smooth and definitely had more in the tank but didn't want to push it.

Weight is looking good so keeping macros where they are unless I don't hit 175 by Sunday then I will bump carbs a little.
