Man front squats felt insanely good whereas Low Bar didn't feel quite right, hit my PR but prob still had 1 in the tank but my abductor was not enjoying the strain. For the rest of this cycle I am going to transition to FS's as I have never had any problems with them pain/injury wise + I seem to recover from them faster. On my Squat day I will do lower reps / DL day higher reps. As my meet is a Push Pull it seems silly to hinder recovery on ME LB squats when realistically there is no need to. Pausing at the bottom made me feel like a BOSS as well haha
Need to start practicing my clean and jerk more as I have 2 months to hit a BW lift to win my bet
